Free Range Chicken Supreme, Wild mushrooms and mustard cream sauce.
"In this lesson we will look at breaking down a chicken to prepare a classic french trimmed supreme making sure to not waste a thing. This is great introduction to butchery which goes through some of the essential basics with can be applied to many scenarios.
